Jess and Leah Wills

Jess & Leah Wills, Platinums

High school sweethearts, Chico State graduates, owners of a nationally recognized and very profitable business and not even 30 years old!  What more could a young couple want? Jess and Leah Wills can answer that question.  Both understood the value of creating another income stream the first night they saw the business opportunity.  Owning and operating their own very successful “Firestorm” wildland fire fighting and prevention company taught Jess and Leah many important financial lessons. First, they knew the time commitment traditional business ownership required. Second, both saw and felt the daily challenges of owning a business with many employees, high liability risks and fluctuating economic factors in play.  Third they had learned to keep an open mind when it came to business concepts.  Our incredible system teaches that people can build their business at the pace they desire.  Both Jess and Leah decided to get their business built quickly and together with the commitment, time, and effort, they reached the Platinum level in the Amway Global/Quixtar business. This team is now poised to break a number of new Platinum teams as the Wills move towards Emerald and Diamond.  Their secret? They love their team and in typical “Chico Style” have built business, made friends and had more fun than they ever thought possible.

Marty Schwarm

Marty Schwarm, Platinum

When Marty Schwarm and her husband Paul first saw this business they saw a way to create cash flow, build a business together as a family and include their two small boys Jacob and Adam in the process. Sometimes life will throw curves and sometimes life just hits you in ways harder and more painful than most can imagine.  The later was the case when a very young Paul died suddenly from a heart attack.  Devastated by the sudden loss of husband, father and best friend Marty and her boys had to make some tough decisions and choices.  Standing strong in their faith, with the support of their family and friends and with a belief in this business which is absolutely unwavering Marty, Jacob and Adam stood tall in the face of adversity. Building their Amway Global/Quixtar independent business to Platinum was always a family plan.  Even as young boys Jacob and Adam always answered the phone like business professionals.  “Schwarm Enterprises Jacob (or Adam) speaking” was inevitably the way the phone was answered.  These two boys are now young men and the glow of pride their mom has in them is enough to light a city.  Jacob and Adam are now Eagle scouts, successful high school athletes and will be future IBO’s following in the footsteps of their Dad and Mom.  Marty has emerged as one of the best leaders as an IBO in the GlobalNet organization. She is not only a role model to her sons but to hundreds of other people who must deal with loss, heartache and survival.
