   Soon, as his career was exploding, Yves decided the best course of action was to own his own equestrian center.  Just as expected his facility “Oakridge Training Center” became a national example of equestrian excellence. With over 90 horses, a “European Pony School”, a nationally ranked Horse Trials and countless other shows “Oakridge” was a force to be reckoned with. At the height of his success Yves developed a relationship with Brian Sabo. One afternoon while both were helping students at a major event Brian invited Yves to have dinner and “toss around some business ideas” that had proven profitable for Brian and Lisa.  Yves always the entrepreneur and businessman accepted. Literally the rest is history.
   Applying the same tenacity, student like attitude and natural leadership ability, Yves grew his Independent Business powered by Quixtar to the Platinum level.  Seeing the value this concept had added to his life both financially and personally Yves had to make some tough decisions. As he often says “You have to learn to step over good to get to great!” With this in mind Yves decided to sell “Oakridge” in order to spend more time building his Quixtar business.
   Still teaching full time along with traveling nationwide to teach clinics and design jumping courses this reduction in his equestrian responsibilities allowed Yves to achieve the Sapphire level.  Now, inspired by the growth of his teams he has his sights set on Emerald. As leader of one of the fastest growing teams in Globalnet, Yves has again demonstrated his ability to grasp a challenge, accept the education need to succeed and then “just do it!
